Devon House Mansion offers visitors a breathtaking tour through its nine elaborate rooms. These include the ballroom, game room, dining room, palm room, drawing room, sewing room, and master bedroom. The mansion is a wonderful mix of furnishings, including Jamaican, Caribbean, English and French antiques. It is a true step back in time and the guides are well trained and provide an informative experience. Advance reservations are recommended, especially for large tour groups of 30 or more people. Special tour packages can also be arranged through property management outside of the listed opening hours.

One of it’s most famous restaurants is Devon House I Scream, which is headquartered at the mansion. Known for its numerous flavours, it is a well-known name throughout Jamaica. Available in 27 flavours including Bordeaux Cherry, Rocky River, Strongback, Devon Stout, Pistachio, Coconut Coffee and Soursop. The Devon House I Scream is a must for anyone visiting the mansion. The "Brick Oven" is another famous part of the Devon House Mansion. Known for its bakery and pastries, the Jamaican patties are excellent. Other notable restaurants include The Gorge Shop, which offers a menu that combines local and international cuisine. Norma's on the Terrace, also located in the Devon House Mansion, was named one of the 60 Best New Restaurants in the World by Condé Nast Travel Magazine. The Mansion is open for viewing Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Special tour packages can be arranged through the property's administrative office outside of the listed opening hours. Large tour groups (more than 30 people) are advised to pre-book with the museum. All tours have a minimum duration of 20 minutes and a maximum duration of 30 minutes.
